BASE STOUT 6.2%.

BASE is an American style stout complex in flavour with big, upfront aromas of chocolate, roasted coffee, burnt caramel. Features 8 different malt varieties and 2 types of wheat.

BREAKFAST STOUT 7.7%

BREAKFAST is brewed with the same malt bill as BASE stout with extra additions of Brazilian coffee and Scottish oats. If you drink it in the morning you'll be happy all day long.

UISCE BEATHA STOUT 7.7%.

UISCE BEATHEA stout is BREAKFAST aged on Irish Whiskey oak. Subtle flavours of vanilla, whiskey and honey build on the flavours present in this beer's younger brothers. 

SPRING TRIO 

THAI-PA 5.5%

An aromatic and light Pale Ale infused with Lemongrass, Ginger, and Kaffir Lime.

SOUTH PACIFIC WHEAT 5.5%

A vibrant and refreshing Wheat beer using two hops hailing from the South Pacific region: Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret.

PEPPERBERRY SAISON 5.5%

A fruity and spicy Saison infused with Strawberries and Pink peppercorns.
