A Farmhouse Saison infused with a blend of Hibiscus, Marigold & Elderflower. The appearance is bright pink and palette delicately floral, fruity and spicy. Best shared with friends in the sunshine.
RELEASED IN MAY.
A Brut style IPA fermented dry with Champagne yeast, then dry hopped with a trio of fruity hops; Mosaic, Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin. The body is light and aroma distinctly hoppy. Best shared fresh for maximum aroma.
RELEASED IN AUGUST.
A Bretted IPA first fermented with a Saison strain and subsequently inoculated with two different strains of Brettanomyces in bottle. Best shared after a little aging to allow esters and carbonation to develop.
RELEASED IN OCTOBER.
A big Imperial stout brewed with Tonka, Cacao and Vanilla beans. The body is viscous and flavour decadent and rich. Best shared inside by the fire. Suitable for aging.
RELEASED IN DECEMBER.
A delicately flavoured Belgian Tripel infused with a combination of three leaves. Roasted Oo long tea, Pu’er tea and Thai Pandan leaf combine adding fragrant aromatics underpinned by warming alcohols and chewy malt. Best shared whilst relaxing with a few friends.

A big wheat beer infused with coriander, pineapple sage and lemon verbena. Herbis is light, fruity and unique. Best shared in the first sunshine of Spring.
