The first in the Asia series. Brewed with lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime and Sorachi Ace, Thai-PA is ultra aromatic and super sessionable for Summer.

The Second in the Winter Stout Series.

Brewed with the same malt bill as base stout, breakfast includes additions of Brazilian coffee and Scottish oats. The oats contribute a silky smooth mouth feel to compliment the bold aromas of coffee and bitter chocolate. Dangerously Drinkable.

JUJUBE IMPERIAL BROWN 7%

Number two in the Asia series features Chinese red date (红枣酒). JIB was first brewed back in 2013 on a dodgy home-brew kit somewhere in China.

UISCE BEATHEA stout is BREAKFAST aged on Irish Whiskey oak. Subtle flavours of vanilla, whiskey and honey present themselves to masterfully compliment the existing flavours of coffee, milk chocolate and toffee.
