four EVOLVING BEER SERIES'
HEIDRUN: PALE ALE
Heidrun was a Norse goat with a special ability.
Some might say she possessed the best ability a goat could possibly have had in all of goat history, for from the teat of Heidrun flowed beer.
Inspired by the mythical Norse goat, each batch of the Heidrun Pale Ale series will showcase a unique combination of new world hops balanced by a solid malt body and English yeast strain.
Think a range of beers packed full of flavour, you’ll want to drink them all day long, and at only around 5% ABV, you can, and without even falling off your Henriksdaal.
VEDA: SINGLE HOP IPA
Veda, or knowledge, in Sanskrit is what the Three Hills single hop IPA series is all about. Citrus or Pine or Earthy or Herbal? Learn which hops are for you and which hops aren't. You can even blend different edition together, if you can hold on to them for long enough.
Each edition of Veda showcases a different hop varietal while the water, malt and yeast remain constant.
Join us on the journey as we experiment with original hops from across the New World and Old.
SEKHMET: AMBER ALE
Sekhmet, Eye of Ra, bore the face of a lion.
Chugging the red elixir in its entirety, Sekhmet, awoke hung over with no passion for war. Commanding her army to depart and return peacefully mankind was spared to live another day.
Beer saved humanity. Red beer saved the world. Mankind lived another day.
Sekhmet is a series of deep amber ales paying homage to the most outrageous Goddess in Ancient Egyptian mythology.
Limited to 7000 litres only, the Sekhmet series will showcase a variety of Belgian and German specialty malts, underpinned by the UK’s finest Maris otter base malt.
ANGLIAN: DARK ALE
Three Hills brewing is on a quest to uncover the perfect beer style to suit the local Anglian water profile. The mineral and sulphate rich water of the region lends itself to a dark, hoppy style with bags of character.
The Three Hills Anglian Dark Ale collection traverses the style boundaries between a black IPA, hoppy porter and an aggressively hopped stout. Dangerously dark and delicious.
