On the hot side, we have a hand-built 225 litre brewhouse with a hot liquor tank, HERMS vessel, Mash/lauter tun, brew kettle and whirlpool. Using this system we can easily brew twice per day and sometimes three.
Inside, we have the air-conditioned fermentation chamber with fermentor capacity of 4 x 240 litre, 2 x 525 litre and a 625 litre. We also have extra space for bottle and keg conditoning.
We currently package our beers most of our beer in keg and bottle with very limited craft cask releases.
