On the hot side, we have a hand-built 225 litre brewhouse with a hot liquor tank, HERMS vessel, Mash/lauter tun, brew kettle and whirlpool. Using this system we can easily brew twice per day and sometimes three. 

Inside, we have the air-conditioned fermentation chamber with fermentation capacity of around 4000L/month. We also have extra space for bottle and keg conditoning. 

We currently package most of our beer in keg and bottle, with very limited craft cask releases.
